Two words that we would hardly put together in the city are urban and retreat. Yet, one place in the hustle and bustle of the Mutiara Damansara precinct definitely can coin those words together.

It is none other than Urban Retreat, located smack in the shopping mall of The Curve. Urban Retreat is just what it is called – a place to escape all the rush and fatigue of living in the city, and unwind in a serenely peaceful place.

We must admit that despite having limited space, like every other place in the city, Urban Retreat makes excellent use of its space to pamper and caress the tired bodies and feet of city dwellers.

Located on the first floor near the West Courtyard, Urban Retreat is situated next to the MPH Bookstore and is not difficult to find.

going for that extra pampering

The sound of a spa and massage session always brings out the savage side of our office colleagues, as you know everyone would simply love to enjoy a session of pampering. The lucky one this time was Darren and I.

Darren really had the icing on the cake when he opted for the longer and more sinful indulgent session of the Body Scrub/ Polish and Aromatherapy Massage Special. I, on the other hand, settled for an Urban Escape.
